Return or exchange any unused item in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.
How it works
- Message us on the Contact page with your order number.
- We arrange pickup or drop-off.
- Get a refund or a swap once we receive the item.
Conditions
- Item must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging.
- Custom or clearance items may not be eligible.
- Refunds go to your original payment method (or store credit for COD orders).
