  • Damaged items, used products are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Each order is allowed one post-purchase request (either return or exchange).

Special Cases:

  • If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer a full refund or free exchange (based on customer preference) within 14 days of receiving the order.

Fees and Notes:

  • Exchange fees: Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for exchanges or returns.

مدة الطلب:

  • يتم قبول طلبات الاسترجاع والاستبدال خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
  • المنتجات التي تم شراؤها خلال الخصومات أو باستخدام أكواد الخصم يمكن استبدالها أو استرجاعها خلال 24 ساعة فقط.

حالات خاصة:

  • إذا كان المنتج تالفاً أو معيباً أو غير مطابق للمواصفات، يتم تقديم استرداد كامل أو استبدال مجاني (بحسب رغبة العميل) خلال 14 يوماً من الاستلام.
  • إذا ظهر عيب صناعي في المنتج بعد الاستخدام، نقدم ضماناً لمعالجة المشكلة خلال أول 30 يوماً، وفق معاييرنا.

الرسوم والملاحظات:

  • رسوم الاستبدال : يتحمل العميل أي رسوم شحن إضافية عند الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع.
  • الاسترجاع مجاني، ولكن رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد.
